   We will arrange the option of helping you in any way we can as long as the request is legal and ethical. If we cannot perform the service for you, we will quickly and efficiently find the best resource for the job.

3. Does the hourly rate include materials, expenses?

   Our home cleaning rates do include the cost of the cleaning supplies. For errands and other services, the associated costs of purchases, etc are the responsibility of the client.

4. What methods of payment do you except?

   We accept cash, checks, PayPal, and all major credit cards.

5. What is your Privacy Policy?

   All personal and credit card information collected by TEG will remain confidential. We do not sell or share any information about our clients. We are discreet and confidential about our dealings with our clients.
